Let’s get to know Engineered Product Sales:

1. What drew you to QuantumFlo as a Rep? 
At EPS, we are always looking to partner with manufacturers that stand out from the product lines being offered by our competitors. The fact that QuantumFlo is laser focused on building the best booster system on the planet played an important role in our decision. We were sold on the people, product offering, sales tools, quick ship program and 5-year warranty.  

2. What aspects of QuantumFlo’s mission or values align with your own business goals? 
To provide an innovative, high quality product that keeps our customers coming back. People turn to EPS for solutions and QuantumFlo’s sales, marketing and technical support assist in accomplishing these goals. QuantumFlo has really helped EPS “protect the spec”, add value to the opportunity, and articulate the differences between us and the competition to engineers and contractors. At the end of the day, we are all graded on our customer satisfaction.  

3. In your experience so far, what stands out to you as the most appealing feature or features of QuantumFlo products & services?
It all starts with calQflo®. Having the ability to provide accurate sizing with a schedule, submittal, estimated energy saving and a proposal in less than 15-minutes really separates us from our competitors. The importance of product quality and factory testing cannot be overstated.

Most of our startups occur during off hours when there is nobody at the factory, so the fact that the booster has been thoroughly tested is a huge help. QuantumFlo’s marketing and support documentation is better than any company we represent. Special shoutout to Keith Valentine in Tech Support. Keith’s energy, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile is truly a difference maker.

4. As a Rep, what are some specific areas where you see opportunities for collaboration and growth with QuantumFlo?           It is our belief that the aftermarket replacement business is the largest growth opportunity in our territory and we will continue to focus on contractors with service sales teams and special project divisions. If asked, we will provide QuantumFlo with project specific pictures and information so they can continue to publish testimonials and have content for social media posts.
