For more than 30 years, David Carrier has worked in packaged pumping and controls. Starting as an independent representative in 1984, David called on engineers, distributors and contractors. David is the author of several publications regarding packaged pump systems and he specializes in the application and promotion of variable speed packaged system design. A CEU Provider and ASPE Instructor, David is passionate about the market and continuing education for engineers and designers. David is the “hands-on” director for all sales and marketing for QuantumFlo, in addition to being its Chief Executive Officer.
One of our very first employees, Linda is responsible for day-to-day operations of QuantumFlo. Linda has extensive experience in accounting and customer service with over 20 years of experience in the cable TV industry, where she served as Vice-President of Operations. She spent the early 2000's in consumer finance management positions responsible for 50-100 employees. Linda joined QuantumFlo just a couple months after incorporation in 2007. Her passion is precision and organization, which serves her well in the role of key administrator of QuantumFlo.
Prior to joining QuantumFlo in 2008, Mr. Darone served as Product Manager and Yard Superintendent for Weyerhaeuser Corporation. In addition to managing all operations at the facility, David implemented various Quality Control systems which improved delivery times and minimized waste. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, David worked for Glidden Paint in the Glidden Test Laboratory for Powder Coating, and was responsible for Quality Control of product fabrication. David’s passion is organization and quality, a commitment to excellence which serves all QuantumFlo customers well.
Edward Ross brings great success from the Plumbing and HVAC industries. Along with a diverse product background and extensive industry knowledge, he successfully increased sales volume and market share utilizing his 20 plus years of expertise selling, designing, and servicing domestic water pressure booster systems. He also has a combined 30 plus years of total experience in sales for HVAC and Plumbing Systems and other equipment.
As Vice President of Sales and N.E. Regional Sales Manager of QuantumFlo, Ed will be leading and directing a successful path to growing the company’s footprint and positioning QuantumFlo, Inc. as the dominant leader in the Domestic Water Pressure Booster Pump industry. He has a Business Administration Degree and M.B.A from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. He currently resides in Rock Hill, SC with his wife April and children.
If anyone had a calling to Engineering and Project Management, it's Robert Mann. Robert became Manager of QuantumFlo Engineering in 2013, rising to that position from the rank of Mechanical Engineer. Robert has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (2007), where he maintained solid positions on both the President's Honor Roll and Dean's List for multiple semesters. After graduation, he spent time with a Jacksonville manufacturer's representative specializing in Plumbing Systems Design and Application. In his spare time, he likes to tear things apart and re-build them even better! As a Florida native, Robert has spent his entire career and life in the Central Florida area.
Born in Sweden, Jesper has spent most of his career leading high profile efforts in a variety of energy consulting services and markets. He had the pleasure of leading global and national business development initiatives across multiple adjacent industries for fortune 500 companies, Hewlett Packard and Ericsson Inc. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pahlmans Business School and a Market Strategy Diploma from Kellogg School of Management. Brad Stevens brings over 10 years of commercial plumbing, HVAC and energy efficiency experience to QuantumFlo. His background consists of successful, solutions-based consultative and energy performance contracting (EPC) outside sales in both the commercial and municipal sectors. As the Regional Sales Manager for QuantumFlo, Brad is focused on growing the company's customer-base in the expansive Mountain and Western markets by implementing a proven track record of strong relationship-building skills, leadership, responsiveness and a dedication to both professional business development and account management. He received his educational and professional management certification in business administration and human resources from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, and was both a HR & Facilities Manager there for over 10 years during his early career days.
RoseAnn DiGiovanni is a 25-year veteran in the area of pumps and pumping systems. Her career began in 1992 with PACO Pumps in Oakland, CA as sales and service support, and she joined the company in its relocation to Texas. Soon after, she joined a manufacturer’s representative and saw the business from the “customer-facing” perspective, specializing in Plumbing, HVAC, and Water/Wastewater markets, then learning the Fire Protection pump business. In 2000, she became a territory manager for ITT-A/C Fire Pumps in Chicago. RoseAnn specialized in technical sales and applications training, working with representatives worldwide as a regular instructor at ITT’s famous “Little Red Schoolhouse” in Morton Grove, IL.
As RoseAnn developed nationwide Fire Pump markets, she was hired by Patterson Pumps in 2004. As the North/Northeast Regional Manager covering 24 states and working in all trades, including Water and Wastewater, she grew the market substantially for 13 years as a top performer. RoseAnn brings to QuantumFlo a wealth of knowledge and strong training skills to develop our markets as she has her entire career. A “no-nonsense” sales professional with a strong affinity for applications, engineering, rep training and development, RoseAnn has been a member of the ASPE and NFPA organizations, and holds a BA in Psychology from UC Davis.
Dave is known nationally as a results-oriented Sales, Management and Service Trainer, as well as a professional sales consultant and mentor to many businesses and individuals in the U.S.A. and abroad. Often invited to be a professional keynote speaker for Professional Associations and Fortune 500 companies, Dave is able to combine his continuous studies of the sales process with 25 years of business success to help his clients become more successful. Dave is the creator of Total Quality Selling, a consultative sales process; publisher of Focus on Sales, a newsletter that addresses sales, management and service concerns; runs numerous sales workshops and is the author of “Sales Trax,” a weekly E-mail series of sales tips
